Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Your role with us
As a valued member of our therapy team, you will support rehabilitation services at our outpatient rehabilitation center by partnering with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. As a therapy aide, you will help the clinic run smoothly by assisting with patient care, cleaning and stocking equipment, and supporting therapists during treatment sessions. What you’ll do
- Assist patients during therapy sessions, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Support therapists with mobility tasks using proper safety techniques.
- Transport patients to and from therapy areas as needed.
- Monitor patient well-being and promptly communicate any concerns to staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
- Manage, clean and perform minor repairs on therapy equipment.
- Stock and organize supplies to support daily therapy operations.
- Help ensure efficient patient flow and smooth session transitions.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional information
- Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
