Your Role With Us:
Salem Health seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join our growing Anesthesiology Department. As an Anesthesiologist at Salem Health, you’ll experience an unparalleled life-work balance with a maximum 50-hour work week inclusive of call (maximum of one day per week and one weekend per month) and 10 weeks of annual paid time off. Our collaborative practice provides the opportunity to work in a patient-first environment while working diverse, complex and more common cases including trauma, neurosurgery, OB, cardiothoracic, orthopedics, bariatrics and more.
Background/Expertise:
Graduate from an approved school of medicine
Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited residency training program in Anesthesiology
Board Certification in Anesthesiology
Applicants who are not Board Certified must obtain board certification within five years from completion of the applicable Residency and/or Fellowship program for the privileges being requested at Salem Hospital
Demonstrate experience and current competency, to include the performance of at least 500 anesthesiology cases during the past 24 months at all hospitals and surgical facilities
Current unrestricted Oregon medical license.
Compliance with the ABA Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program

RN residency program
Begin your journey from student nurse to confident practitioner with our RN Residency Program. The program features a combination of didactic lessons, simulation, and track-specific class options. It begins with orientation and training and proceeds to preceptorship and mentorship.
