The senior Infor/ERP specialist at Salem Health plays a pivotal role in shaping the long-term architectural vision and optimization of the Infor CloudSuite. This individual contributor role requires a top-tier expert who not only analyzes and resolves the most complex system issues but also proactively consults with leadership and stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals. This specialist will lead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and serve as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship to other analysts. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical mastery of Infor Cloud applications, a proven ability to drive enterprise-level solutions, and the collaborative skills to influence the department's technical strategy.
What you'll do
- Assist leadership in developing long-term architectural strategies for the Infor CloudSuite, ensuring the system evolves to meet future needs.
- Lead backend system administration and define technical configuration standards, leveraging deep expertise in Configuration Console/LPL, Infor OS and other tools to ensure optimal system performance.
- Spearhead process automation and efficiency initiatives using Infor Process Designer, acting as the lead technical expert on the Infor CloudSuite's capabilities.
- Independently manage and lead complex projects, from conception through implementation, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with industry standards.
- Act as a primary consultant to operational counterparts and stakeholders, providing expert advice to ensure consistent and effective business processing methods.
- Produce and maintain high-level documentation, including knowledge articles, architectural documents and strategic plans, to guide the department's technical direction.
- Assist department leadership in developing and implementing policies, processes and training plans related to the Infor ecosystem.
- Provide mentorship, informal coaching and technical guidance to other analysts on the team, assisting with work prioritization and skill development.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or eight years of relevant work experience (no degree required, where relevant experience can substitute for formal education).
- Five years of in-depth, hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite, including technical configuration and process design.

- Kaizen basics course to be completed within six months of employment start date.
- This senior position requires a synthesis of deep technical mastery, strategic foresight, and leadership acumen to guide the organization's use of its core ERP system.
- The role is responsible for driving operational excellence through innovative, scalable solutions and providing expert-level consultation when obstacles arise.
