Salem Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector to join our Plastic Surgery team. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered cosmetic services. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer injectables and other noninvasive aesthetic procedures, all while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Plastic Surgery Clinic
Salem Health Plastic Surgery is a full-service plastic and reconstructive surgery practice. Our offerings include cosmetic surgery, reconstructive procedures, injectables, noninvasive anti-aging treatments, and laser/medical spa services. Guided by respect, compassion, and understanding, we provide personalized education and individualized care plans to support patients in achieving their aesthetic goals.
What you'll do
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and consultations to understand goals and medical history.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform injectable and noninvasive aesthetic procedures with precision and safety.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
- Ensure a high level of patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines for cosmetic medical practices.
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or an equivalent Medicare/Medicaid approved certifying body, or be actively seeking certification and obtain the same in the specialty area requested within two (2) years of privileges being granted at Salem Health/Salem Health West Valley
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Injector.
- One (1) year of Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic experience with lasers/injectables.
- Experience with full facial assessment and treatment planning.
- Experience with skin care and skin assessments.
