Your role with us
The Infor ERP Specialist at Salem Health plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the Infor CloudSuite, analyzing and resolving complex issues, and contributing to system design and implementation; this position works closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide guidance on system use and functionality, with a focus on streamlining operations and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of Infor Cloud applications and their integration in healthcare contexts, and will hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
What you'll do
- Performs backend system administration and technical configuration, leveraging expertise in Configuration Console/LPL, Infor OS, and other Infor tools to ensure optimal system performance and integration.
- Utilizes Infor Process Designer to automate processes and drive efficiency; provides technical support and expertise on the Infor CloudSuite.
- Coordinates and performs software maintenance tasks within area of responsibility according to vendor and industry standards; configures and/or installs new software; maintains an accurate, up-to-date, and well-documented ticket queue.
- Works closely with operational counterparts to ensure consistent business processing methods; participates in and drives positive changes; provides input into developing standards and requirements for new products/services.
- Consistently provides documentation; proactively works to identify and correct root causes of incidents; participates in Lean activities to reduce waste.
- Acts as a primary contributor to the design and implementation of system solutions; takes the initiative to respond, research, and resolve operational inquiries.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or eight years of relevant work experience (no degree required, where relevant experience can substitute for formal education).
- Minimum of three years of IT, healthcare, or related experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience within Infor CloudSuite.
