Background/Expertise:
- BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
- Clinical experience in the practice setting is strongly preferred.
- Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible. License must be verified prior to start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.
- Be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients.
- Demonstrated competency by implementing culturally sensitive and functional treatment plans with appropriate documentation.
- Bilingual a plus
- Hand Therapy experience a plus.
