Your Role With Us:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
As an Nuclear Medicine Technologist with Salem Health, you will be responsible for using appropriate techniques to perform nuclear medicine examinations while delivering top-notch patient care. Exceptional communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must in this role to provide complete and accurate diagnostic information. You will be tasked with using your knowledge to tailor exams to meet the specific needs of pediatric, adolescent and/or geriatric patients while obtaining quality exams.

Background/Expertise:
- One (1) year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
- Must have an active license with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI).
- Must be registered in Nuclear Medicine with either the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 6 months of hire
- Current BLS from the AHA required within 90 days of hire. ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Must pass a Basic Cardiac Monitoring class (offered at Salem Health) within 4 months of hire
