West Valley Hospital
Salem Health’s West Valley Hospital in Dallas Oregon, has proudly served the community for more than 100 years. As the home of Polk County’s only 24-hour emergency department, the hospital extends round-the-clock care to the rural communities of Dallas, Monmouth and Independence. We recently remodeled our facilities to enhance our service offerings, including emergency, imaging, lab, surgery, rehabilitation and much more. West Valley Hospital is also home to the West Valley Foundation, which awards over $20,000 in scholarships to local students each year.
