Certified nursing assistants

Respiratory therapists
We’re seeking respiratory therapists with the ability to skillfully assess and treat a wide range of patient populations — from neonates to adults — with acute and chronic breathing issues. You will enjoy significant autonomy as well as an opportunity to collaborate with other top clinicians so you can excel within your scope and expertise.
We offer continuous training and advanced equipment covering a wide range of respiratory modalities, including:
- Aerosol therapies
- BIPAP/CPAP
- Ventilators
- High-flow oxygen therapy
We also provide opportunities to train in pulmonary function testing, discharge navigators, NICU and bronchoscopies.
Surgical technologists
As a certified surgical technologist at Salem Health, you will play a critical role on our world-class surgical team as you strive to provide the highest level of patient care and safety. You will be responsible for the preparation of sterile solutions and medications used in surgery as well as assembling and operating state-of-the-art surgical instruments and equipment. In all you do, you will demonstrate deep empathy and strong communication skills.

Security
Take on the critical responsibility of advancing the safety and security of everyone who comes through our doors. Our security team not only promotes a positive environment for patients, visitors and staff, but they also protect the property of Salem Health from criminal activity or loss. Other responsibilities include overseeing parking operations to ensure a smooth flow of vehicle and foot traffic and providing physical intervention and restraint as needed to protect a person from harming themselves or others.
